I visited this ramen shop for the first time in a few years. It's a popular spot that has been around for a long time, known to many who live and work near the bus center. The chicken-based broth, made fresh daily by the skilled chef, still retains its rich umami flavor. The noodles are firm and have a nice chew, with a good balance of texture and simplicity. The homemade char siu is tender, with a crispy exterior and a fragrant aroma. While the classic chicken broth ramen is highly recommended, today I tried the miso ramen for a change - it was delicious. They also offer a simple soy sauce ramen for those looking for a lighter option. The restaurant is small and can get crowded, but the turnover rate is decent. Keep in mind that the soup may vary in quality depending on the day and how busy it is. It's especially recommended to visit with smaller groups, as the seating is limited and may be separated. Overall, a great dining experience. 5 stars.

I recently tried the Hoiko Miso Shirayu Soba for 850 yen, which is only available for a limited time. I usually love the basic chicken shirayu soba, but this limited time dish caught my attention. The stir-fried vegetables paired perfectly with the rich chicken white water-based miso soup. You can also add rice for an additional 120 yen. It was a satisfying meal complete with juice. 750 yen for Stable chicken white hot water, 850 yen for Hoiko Miso Shirayu Soba, and 120 yen for rice.

鶏白湯とあっさり出汁そばが好きです。 白湯はかなり濃厚な印象です。 麺は柔らかめに茹でてあります。 スープに入れる直前で炙るチャーシューが美味いです。味玉もここでは付けることを勧めます。 味噌ラーメンの注文が続くと待ち時間が長くなります。

It happened simply on this place as hungry and was very pleasantly surprised. clean, friendly and helpful staff and interesting seasonal ramen. I have one that was in something like an sour dripping soup and it was great!
