However, when going through a drive thru, to place and order and wait 7 minutes, then move and STILL HAVE 2 CARS in front of me before paying..., sorry. That's not acceptable. At all.

The first clue was there were about... read more I ordered three pieces of chicken and fries at 6:38pm Friday October 19 2018, the cashier took my money and said thank you. The first clue was there were about 16 people standing around waiting for their orders. After 10 minutes a man came inside the store extremely upset that he 's been waiting 25 minutes for chicken, they told him chicken takes 20 minutes to cook! Every person in the restaurant was pissed off with the wait. This is not Fast food , why do they only start cooking the chicken after it 's been ordered? Why not cook batches of chicken, you know you 'll sell it. Imagine McDonalds adopting that policy? It was after 7pm when I received my chicken, if I 'd known it would take that long I would of never ordered it. I will not be going back to that KFC again. I really did feel so sorry for the staff, they were doing the best they could and receiving all kinds of abuse probably for minimum wage.

They are expensive, and when you do have coupons for KFC, they refuse to accept them giving excuses, my favorite being the cost of shipping is to high for them to afford to give any discounts. Now the way I see it, if you accept coupons, you make more money becuase you are busier and are spending less time paying staff to stand around waiting for customers to come in. I also had an experience where I was asked to park to wait for my order to cook, but when I did, they forgot that they parked me until I went back through the drive-thru 20 minutes later, even then they forgot part of my order. Not a shining business in my opinion.
