If this is how the manager treats customers, it's no surprise that the employees feel they don't need to provide good customer service. My contact number is Brent 505-720-1534.

It’s not the employees I have an issue with, but rather the quality of the food, the size of the chicken, and the fact that I received the wrong amount. During my first visit, I called to address the issue, and they simply said, "Oh, sorry." On my second visit, I was also short on chicken pieces, called the number on my receipt, and received no answer. For the third and final time, I encountered the same issue and called again, only to hear the same apologetic response. At this point, I’ve decided to switch to Church's Chicken instead.
