My daughter and I was shopping in the Morgantown Mall and trying to get our steps in. We were doing a circle loop through the food court and decided to stop at Xi Cha which is a Bubble Tea and Ice Cream Shop. All I got was a kids ice cream. She showed me the cup size and then only filled it halfway and it was 3.71. Most expensive ice cream ever for not the best tasting. View all feedback.
I got a taro milk tea with tapioca and the tapioca was not cooked at all it was very hard and tasted like powder.
Bought what I thought was a chocolate milkshake…it was more like chocolate milk with whipped cream on top.
