Even though there are so many restaurants that we could go to, we have become loyal to this particular Subway mostly because of the exceptional service that we always receive from Christine. What Icey Anderson doesn't like about Subway:
It was terrible. My mother and I got bacon, egg, and cheese and my daughter and her friend got pizzas and not one of them were good. The bacon and egg are put in a container to cook the food in and once done taken out and put on the sandwich. The grease is not drained at all. Then you'll be lucky if your bacon is cooked at all. To begin with I do not know why you have a drive up window but you cannot order from it only pick up. Second, I ordered a steak and cheese sub nothing else I got home and it has everything on it. I have spent over 15 minutes trying to call and get nothing but a busy signal. Now I am stuck with a sandwich I won't eat and no way to contact. Your website says your open til 10 pm but you closed at 8 pm.
To start with the counterperson was very curtious and pleasant all the meats and condiments were fresh the sandwich was phenomenal I'll stop in again my next trip down to Morgantown.
They got the order wrong and employees, didn't seem too want to do anything, hospitality was poor, won't go back!

Best subway that I have been in. Polite staff and very clean. My wrap was fresh and had a great volume of meat and cheese.
