What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Square cut means square cut and extra cheese means extra cheese!!!!!! Why offer the option of one and charge extra for the other if you're not going to do either. I paid way too much didn't get what I wanted and had an overall unpleasant experience. I would post photos of the bald toppingless spots on my pizza but I've already added cheese myself. The dough was significantly undercooked. I won't be ordering again.
The pizza arrived hot and delicious, and the driver was very friendly!
The pizza was undercooked, and all the toppings were either hard or raw. I didn't receive the zesty sauce as promised. Overall, I would never order from here again. Additionally, the dessert was hard and dry.
Pizza and breadsticks were good. Asked for garlic sauce with breadsticks but received pizza sauce. Has happened the last couple of orders. Seems like someone isnt paying attention when making the orders.
I love the peppers. I ordered 4 extra peppers and received 18 of them. Now thats what I call customer service. 10/10. The pizza was good too.
