Didn't know what to expect as it was our first visit. Nicely surprised. High quality food! Savory Chicken Tortilla Soup in the square! But it was the 1/2 lb burger who got my attention! WOW, boiled to a PERFECT, tender, juicy, medium pink! The frits were amazing, especially after I added the malt vinegar. YUMMM! The service was on the spot. Friendly helpful! The missing star is a result of the disgusting, unclean men... View all feedback.

I went to lunch a few weeks ago and the Cheeseburger was decent, but $12 decent, not $16. In comparison, suburb brewery company in Honeybrook has an amazing $12 simple Jane Hamburger, better than the Village Inn and they are less than 5 miles away. I have to say that the interior is much more beautiful than before. Smoking is now forbidden and the staff is much more friendly than I remember a few years ago. Old Villa... View all feedback.
Pub food and burger type place. Local hangout. Service ok. Food came out hot and fresh. Lots of it and tasted good. I would recommend this place. The shrimp was marvelous!
It 's a great Chill bar. We ate outside and the server was kind enough to bring our dog a bowl of water. Taco 's were delicious and the beer was ice cold on a hot day. Try it, you 'll be happy you did.
The food was great and the service excellent. We had Reuben and roast beef sandwich. Both were yummy. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is the place is always filthy and never cleaned. It would be so easy to fix with regular water, soap and mopping but it does not look like the establishment cares. Bathroom was dirty, bar area could be better cleaned, bar stools ripped. The place could be a lot better if it was better taken care of.

Old Village Inn definitely goes in the right direction.
I absolutely loved my steak, onion, and cheese, but the Boston Cream Bomb was not very good. There wasn't any flavor in the pastry cream at all. The customers were a great group though. I would go back for the ambience and skip dessert.
