Shame on me for not reading the reviews before placing my order. Do not order delivery from this location unless you want to be like every other review: waiting at least double the amount of time promised with no idea where your order is. 1st time, shame on me. I'll never order from this branch again.... For the sake of the branch employees, I hope new ownership is in the horizon. View all feedback.
Tony and I had dinner at Jimmy John's on High Street in Morgantown. We went down to High Street to see the Cruise In Car Show and they were beautiful
Has recently gone downhill, although the order is always correct and punctual. We order up to 10 meals on the line to use to write names on any sandwich and follow instructions in half cutting belong napkins now this did not happen it was very helpful if for us the way it was, e.
Food is good, but due to not enough staff, deliveries often take forever or never come. Two times we ordered and after we had waited an hour, we called and they said they didn't make deliveries because they were short employees. You didn't want to tell us. Usually it is quite fast and the food is good.
Sandwich was good, but the tray of Sodabrunnen looked like someone broke in it and it was not cleaned for long. The male employee who took my order did not give me my drinking cup or receipt, although I asked. He complained about curse words about an employee with customers and a child in the restaurant. When I expressed my concerns to Angela, she tried to print my reception. In the employee talks they said there was a delivery order an hour ago and half that the (non-existing) employee who was skipped and how he often does. I was not impressed by my visit and will probably not return soon!
Sub was soggy like it was made and let's sit before it was delivered. Took over an hour an a half to deliver. Food was not prepared to order request. Very unprofessional an very displeased with Jimmy John's service. As far as customer satisfaction. Costumers complaints aren't being addressed an or taken care of or handled in a professional manner. In my opinion whoever is running the store needs some looking at. Also this isn't the first time this has happened.
