I worked at this Cheddars for 4 years in college and the service they provide now wouldn’t have been tolerated 10 years ago. If you place a carry out order for curbside pick up then prepare to wait a half hour after checking in and when your order should be ready. Their management is a joke at this point, and their customer service is nonexistent. When we called to inform the manager we still don’t have our order after waiting 20 minutes … – show

When I go to check if a table is ready after waiting doubl... read more On multiple occasions I have put my name and number down on a wait list for them to not text me back. When I go to check if a table is ready after waiting double the amount of estimated time, every time they say they texted and got no response so they took me off the list. I have even used other phone numbers and it still happens. The host/hostess also seemed very irritated which didn’t help.

I was there around a year ago it was terrible I gave it another try glad I did staff is great. Bathroom can use more attention and some air freshener installed
