Serena is always professional and welcoming and we appreciate the extra care she offers us and all guests. she's excellent. many thanks to serena and the staff of bourbon prime. happy thanksgiving.

When we arrive in bourbon prime, serena always recognizes our arrival with a professional and friendly reception. she is one of the reasons why we return to bourbon prime when we are in morgantown. no matter how hectic and busy the restaurant can be, serena does not smile and guests welcome, as well as employees to assist with needs. kylie has offered us an excellent and friendly service. she answered our food and drink questions professionally and was very well informed about the entire menu. the restaurant was unusually busy this evening, but kylie stopped asking our table often if we needed something. kylie was great. eating in the bourbon prime is always delicious and the menu is varied and creatiw.

The experience was decent but not remarkable. The portion sizes were on the smaller side, though the service was attentive and good.

The food wasn't as good as I hoped. Loved my drink though.
