When the Waterfront Place Hotel became a Marriott, the restaurant also underwent a transformation into Regatta Bar and Grill. The rebranding process took about a year, but the Marriott sign is now displayed proudly and the new restaurant is open for business. Bourbon Prime, a steakhouse with a bourbon-inspired menu, had recently opened its doors when my friend, the doctor and model Kacie Kidd, invited me to check it out. When the Waterfront Place Hotel became a Marriott, the restaurant inside, Regatta Bar and Grille, also underwent changes. After about a year of transition, the Marriott sign is finally up and the new restaurant, Bourbon Prime, a bourbon-inspired steakhouse, has opened. My friend, doctor, and childhood role model Kacie Kidd, who grew up near me and was always someone I looked up to, invited me to check out the new restaurant shortly after it opened. Kacie and her husband are knowledgeable about bourbon and were eager to try out Bourbon Prime as soon as it opened.

First time for.dinner I had chili and pork tacos (both.on the appetizer menu)The chili was excellent and the tacos very good.

I had dinner here with my parents after s very long and stressful day at work.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant.
