I was surprised when I ordered a sandwich that they said was meant for a child, but they just went ahead and made it anyway! The staff was polite and genuine, clearly proud of their work. It’s by far the best hidden gem I've discovered. It's about 3.4 miles off the main road, and believe me, it’s totally worth the trip!

If you're in a hurry, avoid this location; you'll find yourself waiting in line for over 30 minutes, even when there aren't many people ahead of you. Additionally, do not place a mobile order here, as they will only start preparing it after you arrive, resulting in an extra wait of at least 10 to 15 minutes. They are also frequently out of items; I went in today and the only option was wheat bread.

She made my sandwich to perfection and had the swee... read more The short girl with red curly hair that works here is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever seen at any subway. She made my sandwich to perfection and had the sweetest smile. I think she said her name was Mary and she was truly the nicest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. There was a long line of hungry customers and she kept a positive attitude and was very nice to every person in the room including her co workers. I recommend getting your sub made by her!

Then waited for person to get back to cashiering for 2 people in fr... read more Patiently stood in line for 25 minutess to get 1 sandwich. Only 2 people working at 6:45 pm. Then waited for person to get back to cashiering for 2 people in front of me. Finally I got to check out and PAID for the sandwich I ORDERED. But guess what? Got home and NOT my sandwich! Given someone else's sandwich, NOT the one I paid for which of course was more expensive and had my choice toppings. My patience is over with Subway. Firehouse can at least give me the right sandwich thus far that I paid for!!! Downhill Subway, downhill. By the way...total time in Subway 36 minutes for 1 sandwich, nothing else!
