If you can't handle retail get out....she had on a manager's shirt as well. Sorry I work in retail as well but,would never say geez and make the customer feel less than Sorry but, i work hard for my money as well as she does . If you can't do the job get out. MORGANTON needs more of the best Managers like Jeff to get the job done I will be there again and again for the food quality and your kindness for your customer's that this manager shows you! The cashier girl was trying to count money and supposedly wasn’t going faster enough and the manager raised her voice at her and was rude neither which should have happened and it shouldn’t have happened in front of us. I was extremely tired, and the drive-thru employee kept my credit card and used it for someone else's order. The supervisor even raised her voice at me for taking up her time when she returned it. There was no offer for a refund on the overcharged items. I heard that this happened to at least three other people that same day. It's really disappointing. I ended up canceling my card.
