The chicken on my biscuit was burnt so bad i could not eat it. I tried to break the edges off but I couldnt chew the chicken up after I took a bit. They did let me return it.
Sat in line for well over 30 minutes waiting on food. Had already paid. That is why we sat there.
We went thru the drive thru on Wednesday 2/28 around 6:35pm. There was not one car in the drive thru. There was not one person in the dining area. We placed our order through the drive thru with a male voice. He told us our total and we pulled around to the window. At that time we saw 2 girls hop out of cars parked off to the side. I watched them walk into the restaurant and continue walking into the back area where food is prepared, so I assumed they worked there. No one came to the window to greet us or take our payment. While we waited, my husband hopped out of the car and went inside to see what the hold up was. No one came to the front of the store. So we left after waiting over 8 minutes and not even greeted.
The manager is so nice and works with me to accommodate my special food request! I really appreciate this. We really enjoy breakfast here. Pamela was very kind at the register, the order was perfect.
The food made me so sick I could hardly stand it. the staff was rude and snickering at me when they handed me my food. made me suspicious they had done something nasty to it, but I was in a huge rush and had not eaten all day, so I reluctantly ate it. was sick within 2 hours.
