Prices would be okay if food was a... read more This is a nice place to eat in Morganton. The atmosphere and staff deserve a five star rating, but the food and prices don't. Prices would be okay if food was above average. But, you can sit inside and watch the Yadkin River flow by, or they also have outside seating. It borders the greenway so it's convenient to take a leisurely stroll afterwards, to digest your food. Waitress was attentive and nice.

Many parking spaces.

They offer a wide variety of dishes, so there’s something for everyone at great prices. The service is outstanding; you don’t have to worry about your drink being refilled or plates being cleared. The food is fresh and expertly prepared, exactly to your liking. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family by arranging a private room on a Sunday after a family funeral, when many other places turned us away.

The only downside was that the food could have been served a bit hotter. The waitress was pleasant; she wasn't very personal, but she did her job well. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. It was my first visit, and I ordered a simple smoked ham grilled cheese. The quality was great, and it was generously filled with meat. You definitely get your money's worth here!
