Rosy's at the Beach - Feedback

Was User at Rosy's at the Beach a mag?
All was good except that while I was eating I heard the waitress telling another table about the specials of the day. I was disappointed that these specials were not offered to me before ordering. View all feedback.
What CaroleC dislikes about Rosy's at the Beach:
The food was mediocre. The service was awful! The waiters were all too busy on their phones. The restaurant was not busy at all. The only attentive individuals were the runners from the kitchen. Management really needs to address the issues with the staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience. View all feedback.

We love you guys but had a less than good experience last night. We didnât have a tablecloth on our round table which was odd for New Years so we changed tables. Two other groups were waited on before we were even though weâd arrived before them. We both had the Surf and Turf. My steak was good, my husbandâs was rather fatty. Both the lobsters were quite nice. The bruschetta was delicious. Weâll be back but it seems when Rosy isnât there things arenât quite as good.
Back room sucks! Will not eat in there again, front room or not at all!
Rosy's was as expected. Like many other places there has been a rise in prices. But still the same quality food.
Never disappointed. Food always good , love oyster Thursdays. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the fish tacos with a friend for lunch. Service was friendly but slow. There werenât many other patrons when we arrived, but it looked like there was only waiter on duty. Iâve been here before and will likely return. I also like their salmon burger.
The restaurant in question offers a variety of special dishes in addition to their regular menu, making reservations easy. However, some reviewers found the Irish coffee to be too cold and the French fries slightly underdone. The wait staff is praised for their efficiency, but overall, the experiences were mixed with lukewarm, bland meals, slow service, and some dissatisfaction with the bar staff. The atmosphere was found to be decent by some, while others disliked the country music and noise level. On the other hand, a visit to Rosy's proved delightful for many, with excellent food, attentive service, and unique specials like $1 oysters on Thursdays. The staff there received high praise for their professionalism and communication skills. Overall, experiences at this restaurant seem to be hit or miss, with some patrons recommending it while others suggest seeking dining options elsewhere.

Rosy's is the Cheers of California but with Great Food!
Was there twice this week; an unexpected house guest for a no reservation dinner and lunch. Both were superb; everyone loved our diverse menu choices. The paella and the summer seafood salad and fish and chips are always favorites. Good wine by the glass selection. The wait staff was attentive and in the ball both times even though were outside. Always reliably great place!
Such a nice dining experience. Enjoyed seeing the new decorative updates. Everything looks great, and staff were attentive and friendly. Thanks!
My friends and I had an awesome meal yesterday. Two of us ordered the special which was a shrimp po boy sandwich. It was excellent and one of us has the beet salad with a shrimp add on. This is truly one (among many) of my favorite salads on their menu. I highly recommend Rosy's at the Beach as there are soooo very many yummy items on their menu. You won't be disappointed!
Great food, good service. Reliable consistency. Nice wine by the glass list.,

1st time here, food was good. Salmon tacos are big and tasty. Salads are delicious! Would definitely come back and would recommend!
Thursday dinner offers $1.00 oysters at Rosy's and we shared 2 dozen were along with Pink Mermaid cocktails followed by delicious clam chowder. The tasty seafood paella and macadamia crusted halibut entrees were both enough to share among the 3 of us. It was a bit chilly in the dining area, so we asked the staff to adjust the temperature, although it never warmed up, making it slightly uncomfortable.
Unfortunately this was a bad night for Rosy's, which is very unusual. One of our party got a 1/4 of a usual pour of wine because it was at the end of a bottle, we had to ask for a discount on that. We went for their special of the day, corned beef and cabbage and were told they were completely out of it. (We were there at 6 pm) They brought 3 out of 4 dinners to the table and it appears they had forgotten about the 4th one as it took at least 20 mins to get it and it had the wrong pasta request. After a request they did remove the cost of the 1/4 pour of wine. I like Rosy's a lot and I hope this isn't what will be the new norm for them!
Our waitress Danielle was so kind and attentive to our every need. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you Danielle!
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The summer salad is fantastic, and you definitely shouldn't miss trying the Sunday on a spoon.

Seating at lunch was prompt. Niku made us feel very welcome! Food was plentiful and yummy.
The ceviche is addictive. The oysters are delicious, and the service is consistently awesome.
Taco Tuesdays are great. Sweet ice cream dessert for 50 cents!
