Panda Express - Morgan Hill

I would like to eat here more often because the food is good and made with fresh ingredients. The noise level is very high and it is hard to even hear the staff when placing your order. Turn down the awful music and I would be able to come back more often!

My husband and I were ordering the food and this staff woman got confused and she put the wrong order in my plate and insisted that I ordered the same thing as my husband. I complained of wrong order and she just got mad. You should listen to the customer more carefully and be more kind to customers otherwise you lose the customer.

Today i was driving past panda when i saw this gorgeous man through the window. i immediately slammed on my breaks and got rear ended, but nothing could stop me from seeing who that man was so i flipped a u-turn in the middle of the road so that i could get to panda. i wasn't even planning on getting panda today but i just had to know who he was. as soon as i parked somebody walked outside to open my door for me. as i glanced up to see his face, i realized that it was him! he was a panda worker and his name was carlos. i was so shocked that it was him. i was also shocked that this panda express has valet. carlos reached out for my hand as i stepped out of my damaged car. he had apparently witnessed my car accident from the window and he said he wanted to make sure i was ok. i told him that i was ok now that he was here. after the valet took my car he carried me inside the restaurant. he told me that orange chicken had all of the proper nutrients to help with my back ache. he seated me at a table while he went to grab me my food. the portions were amazing! he told me he cooked it himself with his own personal recipe, and it was the best orange chicken i've ever had. my back ache went away immediately. even though i live 6 hours away i will definitely come back everyday to experience carlos's beautiful charm and excellent customer service.

Purchased 2 kids meals, cashier asked what kind of drink I wanted. I chose the small sodas. Went to fill my cups and another Panda Express associate approached me and said those cups are only for water. I told her i paid for this and cashier asked what drink i wanted. Her response was ill let it slide this time. Real funny because u lost a customer. I paid and u thought it was necessary to reprimand me an adult. Then a nosy customer got involved. This is it. Time and time again Panda Express disappoints me as their associates dont have any customer service skills.

Enjoyed the green beans and pork. Food was fresh and hot. Good
