We see 4 people but only 1 helping customer. The rest is cleaning, making cake and 1 inside probly hiding. Lol

The new owner is amazing; not sure what that lady's review was talking about. The store has improved so much since it has come under new ownership. I was at this store a couple weeks ago and i wanted to use the kids scoop for 99cents promotion. When I was going to pay I was told that it's only 1 use per group. I asked to do separate transactions and was told I couldnt do that. (Coupon says one per customer) So I just paid anyways. However another family walked in asking about the same coupon and another girl that was helping them told her she can break it down in multiple transactions. Which was what I asked for.I emailed the store owner because it seemd a little rude for them to do that but, no answer. Rude all around.

We ordered off of DoorDash and Vanessa made our experience seamless and added extra care and consideration. We truly appreciate her attention to detail, she made our dessert extra special and we are so appreciative! Baskin Robins always hits the spot when your sweet tooth starts acting up ?. The staff at this location is super friendly, and there is usually not wait on weekdays. I usually order a milkshake and it’s never too long of a wait. My daughter loves their sorbet too. Overall, this location is a win.
