She apologized immediately and brought it back and switched out the bag and returned it promptly apologized again. Service was fast and efficient, our food was hot and made neatly. What Ashley Swanson doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I had the worst experience at my local Sonic. The food was amazing per usual, but my car hop, Devin, was the rudest I have ever had. He came to my car and said absolutely nothing to me. He handed me my food and walked away without even giving me my change. He kept $2.56 as a tip without even asking to keep it. I truly hope this worker is taken care of. View all feedback.
Everytime I order a hamburger it's cold!The buns cold the meats cold the only thing hot is the lettuce and tomatoes.
The help was fantastic, food was great. Really enjoyed it.
