I understand that everyone needs a job. But please place people in jobs accordingly. If someone is slow you do not put them at the front to take people's orders and gather their food items. Disgusting, I placed an online order for 45 minutes to pick up. When I arrived 48 minutes later, I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. Other patrons were complaining that they have been waiting 30-40 minutes for their food. I asked for the managers name and was refused. The health department score was not displayed anywhere.
