Really pleased with our Christmas eve dinner out. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked , and a wonderful example of an English inn. Perhaps the pre added 12.5%tip was a little presumptuous for my liking View all feedback.

We enjoyed the food however we were all quite hungry at the end of three courses and normally we have a maximum of two courses. The crab and prawn starter was rather disappointing, especially at the price. Lovely sausages, lovely mash, but again for the price we’d have expected the vegetables to be included.
