I give this restaurant 5 stars for the coffee alone. My Americano was incredibly delicious – sweet and rich, just so good. My partner ordered a Long Black with a different pour, resulting in a completely different taste, and he loved it as well. This place definitely knows how to make coffee. We also tried a ginger cake and a coconut caramel button, but there were many more cakes to choose from, as well as a variety... View all feedback.
We usually go to Charlotte's Pantry, but since it's being taken over by Huffkins, we decided to try Serenity Bean. The owner was friendly and welcoming, even to two scruffy railway workers like us! I enjoyed a delicious vegan breakfast and a great black coffee, although there was a bit of a wait since the food was freshly cooked. We will definitely make Serenity Bean our new go-to spot when we're in the area.
I was in a hurry to catch a bus, and the owner quickly whipped up a delicious Kenyan Curry for me. It was absolutely delightful.
This restaurant review gives 5 stars based solely on the coffee. The Americano was described as ridiculously delicious, sweet, treacly, and overall amazing. The Long Black, a different pour, had a totally different taste but was also loved by the reviewer's partner. The establishment clearly knows how to make great coffee. In addition to the impressive coffee selection, they also had a variety of cakes like ginger cake and coconut caramel shortbread, as well as chocolates, sweets, and other tasty treats to choose from.
Really friendly and lovely atmosphere
Our usual choice Charlotte's Pantry is to be taken over by Huffkins, so we thought we would try Serenity Bean. The owner was very welcoming, even for a few shroff looking railway workers! I had a delicious vegan breakfast and a very good black coffee. Waited a bit for the food because it was freshly cooked. This will be our new place when we're in the area!
