Subway - Moreno Valley

We always appreciate the fresh ingredients in their sub sandwiches! The fresh bread was a delight today, and as always, the selection of cured meats was excellent—especially on a warm day like today. The service was friendly too.

I often overlook this restaurant since it's never busy when I visit. The manager is a really nice person and works incredibly hard. Throughout the entire COVID period, she has maintained a positive attitude, even when the staff was short-handed.

I entered the restaurant and wasn't greeted at all. When I ordered a veggie joy, I requested that mayo and mustard be added to the bread first. Instead of following my request, the staff member started pouring the condiments haphazardly. I asked him to take some off, and instead, he began digging into the sauce with his fingers, which was quite unsettling. I then asked him to start with a new piece of bread. Instead of that, he grabbed a new paper but had mayo all over his hands, which got all over the fresh bread as well. I suggested he change his gloves, but he seemed dismissive about it. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable having him make my sandwich. When I asked for a manager, he told me that no one was in charge. Although I don't think he meant any harm, I felt that he needs additional training. I ended up going to another Subway for my sandwich.

I ordered two sandwiches yesterday. One was a cold cut and the other was a Phil 's cheese steak melt. This was through doordash and the LAST time I order subway through doordash, at this location. The skimp on everything and it 's rude and unprofessional. It screams I hate my job and I hate your ordered through doordash it speaks a lot. My sandwich is flat and hardly anything in it and soggy when it arrived. Hardly any lettuce or spinach or any of the items I requested. I 'd like a refund for this. This is asinine.

It’s breakfast time, they open at 8am and they are out of eggs! What a waste of time. That’s Subway for you
