Ignore the bad reviews. I actually liked this place quite a bit! Based on the reviews, I probably would have never visited here. But I got confused and thought this place was another Mexican seafood restaurant I bookmarked in the same strip mall. So I came in and sat myself down. The marisco themed ambiance is so cheesy. What Johnny Valdivia doesn't like about Mariscos Melgoza:
Molcajetes are for one person not enough meat for 2 saw a review saying there were good but I've have much better just not in moval still on the search for a good molcajeteFood: 3/5 View all feedback.
I ordered a mixed tostada. It was a small portion and tasted good, but it was definitely overpriced.
Molcajetes are meant for one person, as there isn't enough meat to share between two. I saw a review claiming they were good, but I've definitely had better—just not in Moreno Valley. I'm still on the hunt for a great molcajete. Food rating: 3/5.
I really enjoy this restaurant because the food is consistently delicious, no matter who is cooking. The waitress was decent, but she seemed a bit annoyed when we requested a cup of ice. However, I appreciated that she apologized. Food: 5/5
One of my family's favorite seafood restaurants—delicious food and excellent service!
During my visit, I ordered two fish tacos and a carne asada taco, as I wasn’t very hungry. The food was tasty and I felt the price was reasonable in relation to the quality. The service was excellent, but I did find it a bit disappointing that they charged for water and for some spicy salsa that I requested. Live musicians also performed while I was there, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
