What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas at 8 PM and waited for an hour. After that, I decided to call them, but I was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Almost two hours after placing my order, I finally received a notification to pick it up, so I sent my stepdad to get it under my name. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas at 8 PM and waited for an hour. After that, I decided to call them, but I was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Almost two hours after placing my order, I finally received a notification to pick it up, so I sent my stepdad to get it under my name. When he returned home, he only had one pizza and said that’s all they gave him. I waited a really long time, no one answered the phone, and I received the wrong order! I’m extremely frustrated.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for almost a month to receive a refund, but they never answer their phones. Their customer support lines are also difficult to reach. I finally managed to speak with someone through Facebook Messenger. I was really shocked to see photos of bugs in the pizza, and I find it hard to believe this could happen more than once. Unless there are significant improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and the efficiency of their pizza portal, I won’t be returning. I received emails saying my order was ready in the pizza portal, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting 20 minutes. It’s baffling how disorganized this place is. Honestly, they don’t even deserve a one-star review.
They did give us complimentary wings as an apology, but when we got home, we discovered that one of the wings was covered in sauce and spoiled. I was so upset that I called the restaurant, but it turned out to be a waste of time. We ended up driving back, only to find that they were closed due to a computer issue. The entire situation felt unprofessional, and I genuinely feel sorry for the staff. Now I'm just waiting for my refund.
I give it three. but in any case disappointed in the preorder. incapable of reaching this place by phone. it's over 12 months ago. the last time I was inside, I wondered why they all didn't take any phone instructions? I was told by a hired person that the phones were out of service. wow! the customer service is great and my special order pizza was hot fresh. unfortunately the load is dirty! in any case the cleaning must be done.
If it could be half a star that's why I'd do. This place is gross. I understand that they have supervisors but this is beyond words. Who in the world thought this was acceptable. I had the girl replace my food with a new one but it just doesn't feel right. They only cleaned it after i brought it up. The morning shift should ensure that these ovens are clear before even us. Whoever the general manager is for this location is fucking it up and it shows. It's not the staffs fault. But they shouldn't have placed my food there knowing it was filled with junk.
