What User doesn't like about Juan Pollo:
They charge extra for everything. I ordered a family meal and got 2 baby things of salsa. They wanted to charge me for more. I already paid a fee for using my card once. I wasn't going to pay it again. Family meal is supposed to feed 4 people. You're telling me 4 people are supposed to share 2 baby salsas. Won't be coming here again. Too bad too cause I like their food too. I've been coming here for a long time View all feedback.
The chicken and the sides are solid, but the tortillas seem like they are only microwaves and not long enough.

This is usually a meal that I have on Sundays when the family doesn't want to cook but still want something semi-healthy and tasty. I usually get the family pack with two chickens and a side of either rice or beans and a tortilla pack with a spicy salsa. The service fast the place is clean, and it taste is infallible.
Okay I've taken a look at the NEGATIVE comments and I gotta say that I completely disagree with them. The food here is so FLAVORFUL! anytime I've gone here it's been DELICIOUS! Unfortunately I can't speak on anyone else's experience with customer service but MY EXPERIENCE was awesome. Quick. Friendly staff when I was there. THANK YOU ! I'll take a picture next visit of the golden roasted/grilled chicken
We picked the one pound Burrito and some hard shells Tacos and everything was fresh and really good.
