Very seldom do you encounter a customer service rep that had so much grace and patience with just my order, it was truly Unforgettable! I literally changed my mind about four to five times and each time she graciously withstood my indecisiveness and did it all with a smile! She was great! I don't recall her name but I definitely will remember her face!

Mary is SOOOOOO nice and friendly. Fantastic service. Even when one dude was very blunt and unresponsive to her. I was about to call him a jackass from across the room.

The little things in life really matter, and nothing brings joy quite like ice cream! Jody went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. The customer service was outstanding; we had a lovely chat, and my overall experience was excellent. Thank you—I'll always remember this visit! As usual, the customer service was the best.
