We asked them to please leave them as they were so that the sun would not bother us and the only thing they said was that they would raise them very slowly so that the blow would not be stronger. In the end they lowered them halfway again and said that if they left them down in 10 minutes the sun would still shine on us. We stayed almost 30/45 minutes longer and the sun did not shine on us at any time.
