After covering much of the historic center of lia I was looking for a place to sit and have a couple of beers just to further enjoy the ambience of this vibrant city. This was right across from the Cathedral and fit the bill. A...good server for my table and a great place to people watch. View all feedback.

The location is right across the Cathedral. The atmosphere was not good, they were showing the soccer game on big screens and it felt more like a noisy bar than a restaurant. We ask our server to recommend something that was not spicy and he...suggested mole enchiladas, this was a terrible choice as we couldn’t eat because of being super spicy We also had a couple tecate beers and those were great nice and cold. Terrible experience due to the bad service. We grabbed a table outside, but we looked for a waiter and asked him if we could take it and he said it was fine. minutes later, we had to go look for another waiter because no...one was coming outside. Once we had menus, we placed our order and had to wait around to minutes for the food to arrive. Two of us had ordered soups as entrées and they came with the main courses. Once we finished them, we had to ask the waiter again for the main courses and then wait for them. I ordered a “Máxima” burger which is supposed to come with cole slaw, however it came with some lettuce and mayo. I dislike when an item is served differently than stated in the menu, which would be ok if the waiter had told me back when I ordered. Bad costumer service is rare in Mexico, people in general are very nice, so it’s very disappointing to have this type of experience in a restaurant when we could’ve just went somewhere else. (Mea culpa, we should’ve left when no one could show up with some menus). Oh and the women’s bathroom didn’t have any water, so the toilet wasn’t flushing.

For appetizer we had empanadas there were terrible (dried, no flavor and it took for ever). The bus boy is the only one that has my admiration, he was always around to keep our table clean.
Nice enough but nothng special, friendly staff and average food, I suspect that it was pricier for Mexico. Great location though as it has pavement seting so that one can sit and watch the world go by.
We were with family enjoying view on the Cathedral. Has some drinks and nachos. Waiters really professional. Nachos wetted too much by cheese salsa. What was really enoying were People offering whatever or just asking Money every minutes. Eventually take a place inside
