What User doesn't like about Chartreuse:
My group of 6 found the cafe to be half empty. Unfortunately, our food took 30 minutes to arrive despite asking about it twice. I ordered eggs florentine with hash brown and spinach on the side, but they forgot these items. It took another 15 minutes before anyone addressed the issue, and by then my food had gone cold. I used to enjoy this place, but after this poor display of customer service, I will not be returning. I recommend visiting Biagos instead for better food and service.
