If it were just up to me, I would have given a five-star rating, but I have to consider the experience of other customers as well. While I appreciate the charming mom-and-pop vibe, the lack of professionalism combined with the long wait times made the experience a bit frustrating for my partner, who tends to be more impatient than I am. If you're someone who is extremely patient, I would highly recommend this place—10 out of 10! But for the average diner, be prepared for longer wait times than you might expect.
