However, yesterday when I dropped in for lunch, I encountered a very unfriendly staff member who seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. There was no politeness or gratitude; she simply served me my lunch, processed my payment on the eftpos machine, and that was it—zero customer service. The sandwich was decent, but the two potato scallops were undercooked and hardly edible. With so many options available, I won't be coming back anytime soon.
