The the garlic and cheese nan were a treat and the tikka fish and the fish of the day both delicious. All freshly cooked which means to have to wait 10 mins - but well worth it. Chilled indian beer, lime soda and mango lassi- all good but remember to tell them 'no sugar' or it will be very sweet!Eat in the 'basic' restaurant on the edge of the beach - or ask them to bring your food and drink down to your sun lounger... Great views of the ocean, friendly staff. I ate here every day for a week. I recommend the vegetable masala and the vegetable sizzler. Food is good. Food is clean. View all feedback.
Absolutly a wonderful wiev over the see. Very good chicken shissel on a hot Stone . My daughters favorit lunch restaurant . Helpful staff
This place is bad! Avoid at all cost. We found this place on the last lonely planet and I believe they haven't been here for a long time. We called previously and asked the sea front beach hut, which she said was available. When we arrived, the place first of all is hard to find, not mentioned anywhere, you have to go through a dirty road which has no lighting at night, the entrance of the place looks like a squat, along the way that leads to the reception are tents and rubbish, all of that so that she tells us she rented the sea front hut to other people and she gave us an ugly, dirty, all dark back front hut. We complained and she said that the beach front hut was more expensive and we asked for cheaper (which we never did). She showed us another beach front hut with no real walls or ceiling. It was really dirty, the floor was sticky and the bed smelled. We asked that they cleaned everything before we stay, which they didn't seem very keen to do. The staff is unfriendly. The waiters are quite nice and smiling, but the woman at the reception is rude and unsmiling. The whole place in general looks like a dive, there's small piece of concrete in the sand and the whole place just doesn't look good. The restaurant is horrible. The food is very bad. We complained about it and they were nice enough not to make me pay what I didn't like. Just check other places, such as Dunes for example, but other places were better. Anything is better than this. On top of that, some Russian guys were listening to some really loud trance music 24/7, which was really horrible and the staff did not do anything about it. The beach and the area is quite nice, I recommend it, but do not stay here!
If you want to have food along with a spectacular view of the ocean, this is the place to be at. The view compensates for everything.
I came here for a change from Dunes, I thought the view was lovely but it was a little sleepy and the food was not as good as at Dunes.

However, you will probably be tempted by the tantalising smell of the freshly cooked garlic nan.....
