The entire staff is really attentive and provide the best service and commodity making you feel welcome, as well they provide options in any case you might have trouble deciding. In personal the dishes I've tried have been wonderful, the chef Mr. Andrew and his team really pour their soul into what they prepare. I really recommend it.

After waiting 10 minute... read more I was not able to enjoy even a drink at the caffe. First of all the staff was not happy when we said we would like just to have a drink. After waiting 10 minutes and when my father got bored and took the ashtray from the nearby table the waiter took it form his hands and put it back on the table without any explanation. Waiters were adjusting other tables and many customers were waiting to ask the order. This is unacceptable, especially if you are in the main square of a city in Switzerland. Shame on you!
