Really hit and miss. Good when it’s not busy , however if there is more than 5 cars in drive through our meal is almost always wrong. We got home tonight after... read more Really hit and miss. Good when it’s not busy , however if there is more than 5 cars in drive through our meal is almost always wrong. We got home tonight after 1 hour of waiting, our food was cold, the burger wasn’t in the bag, and we were overcharged . Usually they are good when it’s not busy, never had an issue however if it’s busy definitely recommend skipping on kfc that night .

It's so annoying getting up everytime you get a meal. Especially with special needs children with you. I now check whenever we go there...and always have to ask for them. Just a thought. Their spicy chicken is awesome!!!

This seems t... read more I ordered takeaway through Menulog and, unfortunately, my order was incorrect. A burger was missing, and one of the sides was not the correct size. This seems to be a recurring issue, as there has been something wrong with every order I've placed here. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is, the customer should always be the priority. I believe the staff would benefit from regular training sessions to improve their performance. They really need to focus on getting orders right.
