Short notice booking for the family for a Saturday night and was not dissapointing. Starters were the monos followed by chilli chicken dry fry. We even had deserts to finish the evening and could not fault one bit.
I recently visited a authentic Nepalese restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right - not too loud or crowded. The portions were generous for the price, with plenty of spices and rice to go around. I had a very enjoyable experience overall, with no complaints. I will definitely be returning in the future.
This was the first time that these three friends visited the restaurant, and just like everyone else I have brought there before, they thought it was fabulous and can't wait to go again!
The food was decent, but excessively expensive for the quality. The staff was friendly, but we were shocked when, after 50 minutes at our table, we were asked to leave because there were customers waiting. It was a first for me to be asked to leave before an hour had passed, especially since we had a reservation. The owner may want to consider making walk-in customers wait instead of asking seated customers to leave.
This great little Nepalese restaurant serves really flavour some food without going over the top on colours or e numbers. We have been eating there, eat in or take out, for years and the food is consistently good. It is a small restaurant and not really for quiet tete a tetes unless you go early but we go whenever we are in the area. We have taken friends from all over the world and they have loved it too.
