Bad service . Katie had the worst of manners I have heard. Ordered our meal and waited.The number then came on the screen and then disappeared. I went to till with receipt only to be told that we had got our meal and she was adamant.But I insited and showed her my receipt. I was with another family and was embarrassed by all this, she then realised what had happened. I was not the only customer and every table was not cleaned, bins were all full to over flowing and the toilets had no toilet paper and doors held ajar with wet toilet paper. KFC Elgin Sunday 30.07.23 7pm was an absolute disgrace.

I don’t mind the food personally but the premises is filthy, there is litter everywhere outside and it’s disgusting to see.

Cannot fault the food we love KFC but where is front of house staff? Filthy tables, floors, toilets. Come on get it sorted please.

Used the automated screen in store (which doesn't give a receipt so you don't see your order number) took the delivery to table option and appropriate display for our table. The server shouted out some 4 digit number repeatedly (NOT our table number) eventually I went to enquire if it was for our table number and she exasperatedly said yes then actually tutted at me! I took our try to our table feeling like a scolded schoolchild, to find them that our two boxes weren't even marked with what was in them, so the only way to tell the difference between a Zinger rice box and original rice box is to bite into the chicken

Tried to order online, but this option wasn’t working. Visited the store to get our food and there seemed no organisation with the staff.
