Kfc - Moray

Bad service . Katie had the worst of manners I have heard. Ordered our meal and waited.The number then came on the screen and then disappeared. I went to till with receipt only to be told that we had got our meal and she was adamant.But I insited and showed her my receipt. I was with another family and was embarrassed by all this, she then realised what had happened. I was not the only customer and every table was not cleaned, bins were all full to over flowing and the toilets had no toilet paper and doors held ajar with wet toilet paper. KFC Elgin Sunday 30.07.23 7pm was an absolute disgrace.

I don’t mind the food personally but the premises is filthy, there is litter everywhere outside and it’s disgusting to see.

Cannot fault the food we love KFC but where is front of house staff? Filthy tables, floors, toilets. Come on get it sorted please.

Filthy, unclean table during quite period i must add. Staff fiddling bits of paper and lack of management evident. Requested my table to be cleaned and young lady responded okay in a condescending tone although the young lady was very quick to response and once cleaned my table returned to the behind the counter while customers were wondering around shop for a clean table which were not available due to bits of chicken and used napkins everywhere. Management non existent. F

My family and I have been waiting for our food for about 45 minutes. We are confused as to why there is only one person working at the counter instead of two people helping each other.
