The managers are rude and struggle to handle even a simple two-item order. I consistently make an effort to support this local establishment instead of going to Dairy Queen, but I'm fed up with the manager's attitude every time I visit. I think I’ll switch back to Dairy Queen and give my business to the corporate ice cream chain instead. View all feedback.
The customer service was disappointing. I couldn't decide what to order, and after a while, the lady assisting me walked away. Then a man approached, but later an older woman was rude and didn't wear gloves while preparing the ice cream. I won't be returning.
I ordered two small ice creams in cups, but each had less than a scoop. I was really disappointed, but the blonde staff member there is absolutely stunning, so I can't be too upset!
I visited the restaurant at 2:30 PM and ordered the Apple Pie Dumpling Sundae for $6.85. Unfortunately, it had more whipped topping and crust than actual filling. Many items on the menu were out of stock. The older woman working there was not very friendly. I hadn't been there in a while, and after this experience, I won't be returning.
Got a butter pecan milkshake for $5 ... What I got was foamy milk with a maple flavor no thickness to it no ice cream no pecans... Just a shame
The best banana split. Has real strawberries and cut pineapple pieces. Not just flavored syrup. Like other ice cream places
