I have worked for 5 years in the hospitality industry and now I would like to say something: 1) it is true that they take time to serve but it depends on the food, it is normal because they do it at the moment (for example, they are real patatas bravas, not frozen). 2) if you are in a hurry or short on time, better not go out to eat or go to a McDonald's (that's why fast food exists; to satisfy a consumerist world of immediacy and impersonality). That said, the waitress was very nice and friendly and the food was abundant and tasty. I loved the mushroom and bravas croquettes!
