Wow, have they turned things around for the better! I always use the drive through and in the last 6 months haven't had my order incorrect. The food is hot. Ice cream and drinks cold. The service is prompt. Way to go! View all feedback.
What Mary Alice doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
This Dairy Queen always appears to be disorganized, and the staff seems minimally engaged with customers. The work area is frequently quite dirty—there was even a time when it looked like a food fight had occurred! The customer area is often messy, with debris scattered everywhere, and the food presentation leaves much to be desired. I'm normally not the type to leave reviews, but the Mora Dairy Queen use to be one of the best DQs around when the last owners owed it. They took pride in there products and there employees. Ever since they sold it, this Dairy Queen is HORRIBLE, I wish Icould leave a no star. I use to work at this located years ago in high school, and now when I go to this location my order isNEVER right. It seems as if the new management doesn't take pride in their business. If you go here and they get your orderright, let's just say your lucky. I've been here soo many time and keep telling myself to give it another chance. But seriouslyhow hard is it. It's not, all DQs product's have instructions on how to make them! Its not hard, but it seems there employeescould care less and seems nor doesn't management. Im in a career where now I talk to alot of people, and when I say where I'mfrom, people from all over know how horrible this place has become. There's not many fast food options when going thru Mora asyou head north so DQ is normally the spot. I wish this new management would take better pride in there business and train thereemployees better to care about the actual product customers are purchasing as its not cheap.

The portions of candy in the Blizzard are quite meager. Additionally, during my visit to the drive-thru, the staff member made an unpleasant remark after I mentioned that my Blizzard was lacking candy. It seems that respect is hard to come by these days.
I felt very uncomfortable due to the service I received. The staff member, a man named Aaron, came across as quite creepy and did not respect personal boundaries. While I was in line, I noticed that other customers also seemed uneasy around him. Unfortunately, the negative experience didn’t end there; my food was disappointing as well. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which had soggy bread and an excessive amount of mayonnaise, despite my request for none. I also ordered a blizzard, but the ice cream was more like liquid. I wouldn't recommend this place.

On my recent visit, I ordered a Triple Truffle Blizzard; the vanilla and chocolate ice cream wasn't well mixed, and the candy pieces were stuck at the bottom. Typically, I avoid this place altogether, but I made the mistake of stopping by again recently and once again left feeling unimpressed and dissatisfied.
