The bread, which was supposed to be a side, was as hard as a rock and there wasn't even a knife provided to try and cut it. The steak sandwich had very little meat for nearly $8 for just half a sandwich. I won't be ordering again; I would have preferred a Subway hoagie. It would have cost me $20 less and I would have actually been full.

It might have been a good idea for them to post a notice on the door and take a moment to catch up on essentials like supplies, food preparation, and cleaning. I hope they can hire enough staff soon to accurately reflect the Panera brand.
