Stopped in here on a road trip, got a couple burgers and the line was backed up a bit inside on an early friday afternoon. Food was still fresh and the service was pretty good. View all feedback.

I drove home without checking the bags, only to realize that they had forgotten to include the burger in the kids meal and an order of fries for one of the adult meals. It was a huge disappointment to pay a high price for fast food and have half of it missing. I was the only person in the drive-thru, so there should have been no excuse for the mistakes. Service ever. Apparently, hers should wait on the drive until the manager decide how to order. She interrupted me four times when I tried to order. if she had closed her mouth and heard everything would have been good, but she wanted to call me a hole and denied me the service.
Usually a good place, but the last 2 visits I have been getting cold eating and hard, dried brot.
Only two stars the dammed is are gross it would help if your staff at carlyle branch would close take out window another suggestion move the garbage and pop canister storage about 50 feet away. I know it's convenient fot staff but it's impacting customer service
Burger and fries I ordered were very good but the drink(rootbeer) was extremely watered down
And W there are always good.Really dumb slogan though
