Arrived around 930 to be told we couldn't have grilled subs because she already cleaned the grill. Having a toasted sub is the best part of having a sub. Had I known we wouldn't have toasted subs I would've made a sandwich at home and saved $20. Staff was not polite. Won't come back. View all feedback.

We eat at Mr Sub at least once a week. I went in on Saturday at about 12:30 and it was busy, between customers in store and Skip and Door Dash orders. The staff was pleasant and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Our subs were perfect, as always.
