Nice service from the driver crew. The order boards outside did not work and had to order in the window, but they got it covered and had our orders quickly and completely. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
For the most part good but they really need to learn to listen in thw drive thru I ordered 2 mcgriddles just the sandwich and they gave me just the buns I just got off work so not worth going back but I mean cmon I'll definitely be checking the bags everytime from now on View all feedback.
We were just through drive thru. The fries we received with our order. Were OLD not fresh at all. Quality control needs to be upgraded. Fries checked on a regular basis for freshness. We will try the othe Macdonald stores in future..
What a great place, friendly fast personal service. We are from outta town but will stop in again.
The service at this restaurant is consistently subpar. Every time we order from the main store, our order is either incomplete or incorrect, and we never receive a receipt. For example, my son ordered 20 pieces of nuggets with large fries, but we were given a large sprite instead.
We are not from Moose Jaw and were there for our sons lacrosse. This location is by far the CLEANEST McDonald's I have ever been in! All the tables were clean. The floors were amazing! I was sure to let the staff know how great of a job they are doing.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely diligent and hardworking. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend dining here!
