Was User at Evolve a mag?
I really appreciated having more than two sandwich options that could be easily made vegan by just omitting the cheese! They also offered a vegan soup option. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic! The portion sizes were just right, but for those with a big appetite, I would recommend getting two sandwiches. View all feedback.

However, be cautious when ordering baked goods—I might have just had an off experience, but the carrot cake was dry and tasted like it had been made a day earlier rather than fresh. The Mocha latte that I had, along with the cinnamon bun was amazing ?. The staff were very polite, even though they busy, they still smiled. I'm a fan now. My favorite coffee spot.

I would recommend that the staff focus on specific tasks during their shifts. It seemed like everyone was trying to do everything at once, which resulted in delays. For example, having one person at the register, another handling food, one on drinks, and another cleaning tables would streamline the process. There were five staff members present when I arrived, but one was busy washing bottles while a line was forming. It might be better to save such routine tasks for after the rush rather than during peak times.

We love your Peruvian fair trade/organic roast. Highly recommend it Chrysallis to anyone... Enjoy a cup out or take a bag home and brew yourself.

I always stop by this place for their egg sandwich, which is absolutely delicious! Today, I had the pleasure of trying their fabulous Turmeric Café Latte. It wasn’t too spicy—just perfect!
