It seemed like everyone was trying to do everything at once, which resulted in delays. For example, having one person at the register, another handling food, one on drinks, and another cleaning tables would streamline the process. There were five staff members present when I arrived, but one was busy washing bottles while a line was forming. It might be better to save such routine tasks for after the rush rather than during peak times.
