I visited Fairbanks for the first time ever and checked out this place Friday, wonderful lady named Madison helped us Friday and let me tell you. She is by my definition a Teaologist.She was very informative and i learned a substantial amount of info. More than the Museum we went to later that day! I had gotten a recommendation from a local for Bahn Mi sandwiches so I decided to give this place a try. While the staff was very pleasant, I should have sent the sandwich back (and that’s something I never do). The bread was both soggy and hard and in places still a bit cold as if it had been pulled out of the freezer microwaved to warm it up. The pork was over salted and the sauce was very runny.
