Mcdonald's - Moorpark

Nice place. The oatmeal is a good breakfast option with a decent cup of coffee. I usually get here at or shortly after 5am when they open the lobby. Everyone is efficient and friendly, asking me how I'm doing and making me feel welcome first thing in the morning.

I was here with my friends, listening to music on LOW volume while a bunch of kids were screaming and a lady comes up to us and tells us to lower the volume to our music because there are kids here, we told her no problem but she was just rude overall same with her kids. I understand there were kids but we wanted to relax but not with this lady and her husband glaring at us the whole time. We ended up lowering our volume but at that point you couldn't even hear the music so we just decided to not listen to music at all. Oh and some customers can be really rude.

The service is very slow and customer attention is deplorable and the food does not meet expectations.

Security guard took his shoes off and started praying at entrance parking lot? look where we're at now in this country. McDonald's beware???

Super friendly staff. They were patient with my family's ordering. Food is always great and consistent. The play area is always clean and a great place to bring the kids. Would come back again.
