As of my last update, I drove over to the restaurant... read more I'm changing my rating to 3 stars. I tried calling in my order but no one answered, even after 25 attempts. As of my last update, I drove over to the restaurant only to find out it is now permanently closed. They mentioned plans to open a new restaurant called Casa Ruiz, although I'm not sure of the location. The phone is disconnected, which explains why my calls weren't answered.

Prior to pandemic he was rude but I dealt with it because I loved the food. Now he's worse and I don't think he cares if customers come through the door. Don't understand why he doesn't just close the place if he's so unhappy to be there and around people. Never again will I go there. Don't waste your time. I thought ordering food To go would be better but they don't answer their phone, or absolutely rude over the phone.

My gf and I walked in and the server informs us that it's cash only. We were ok with it but when we sat down, it was too hot, humid, and dark in the restaurant. We decided to leave after not being attended to.

The entire staff was focused on the soccer game and were yelling loudly, which made the atmosphere chaotic. The cashier took my order, but nobody started making it until the game ended, which took about 10 minutes. I ordered the lomo saltado, and I was surprised to find that the price has significantly increased to $18, and the dish wasn't very fresh. I won't be coming back.
