Unfortunately,... read more Inside, I met a woman who had just been promoted to shift manager; she was very pleasant and seemed to be doing her best under the circumstances. Unfortunately, I observed one kitchen staff member with long hair that wasn’t tied back or covered, and he spent most of the time just swinging his hair around. In the entire 15 minutes I waited there, he only managed to make one burger. I asked the shift manager where her supervisor was, and she replied that he wouldn’t answer his phone. I believe she deserves a raise for her effort, while the manager should really be dismissed. To top it all off, my food was cold and incorrect. Despite the issues, I do want to acknowledge that the shift manager handled the situation professionally and was genuinely trying hard.

Terrible, go to the one in Fargo!!!. Gave two shots to make it right and they couldn't do the basics of their job. Serve the food ordered, hot, and open the fry... read more Terrible, go to the one in Fargo!!!. Gave two shots to make it right and they couldn't do the basics of their job. Serve the food ordered, hot, and open the fry container to actually put fries in. Hardees elsewhere do NOT have this problem.

We only got 3 of our 4 burgers, and they were all cold. 2 orders of fries were suppose to be curly, but all were regular. The lobby was closed due to staffing, and the drivethru was backed way up.
