Famous Dave's B-que (to Go Only)

The bratwurst was too greasy and not very tasty. The "burning appetizer" turned out to be a full meal, rather than a small starter as advertised on the website. When I called to mention the discrepancy, the manager was unhelpful and argumentative. I was not impressed with the way I was treated. On a positive note, the ribs, beans, coleslaw, and fries were tasty. The burger was okay. The corn and cornbread were good, but the portions seemed small for the number of people they were meant to feed.

The service at this restaurant was awful. My food order was entered incorrectly and had to be remade, but the meat was decent. The wait staff seemed to be more interested in their phones than attending to customers at the cash register. Additionally, paying $15 for 5 wings and sides is outrageous. I even had to take food from a family member to feel satisfied.

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered a 3 meat combo (2 servings of brisket and 1 serving of chopped pork) for $22, but they only gave me 1 serving of brisket. When I asked, the waiter claimed they had combined 2 servings into 1, but it was obviously just 1. She didn't give me any sauce or ask if I needed anything else. She was incredibly rude. The food was too salty. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Save your money and avoid this unworthy establishment.

Platter for two and cajun burger was very good. I liked that they were gone with table menus, so they order how they entered the building. it made for faster service.

Was the first time my wife and I visited him, but I must say that the food was delicious and the service, although it was the lunchtime fast. also the restaurant was very clean.
